CDS currently provides passenger handling services for major airlines operating into Grand Cayman, including American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, British Airways, and IBC Airways. Our team is trained to each airline’s specific service standards, ensuring a consistent, on-brand passenger experience for your travellers.
Accessibility & Special Assistance
CDS is committed to providing equal access to all passengers. Our team is fully trained in assisting passengers with reduced mobility (PRM), including wheelchair assistance from kerb to aircraft and specialist handling of mobility equipment. Special assistance requests should be communicated at least 48 hours before arrival wherever possible.
Irregular Operations (IROPS) Support
Flight delays and cancellations are handled by our experienced IROPS team, who coordinate passenger rebooking, hotel accommodation, meals, and communications on behalf of the airline. Our goal is to minimise passenger disruption and protect your airline’s reputation even in challenging situations.
