Typical Roles at CDS

Ramp Agent

Ramp Agents are the backbone of our ground operations. Responsibilities include aircraft marshalling, baggage loading and unloading, aircraft servicing, and equipment operation. No previous aviation experience is necessary — full training is provided. Must hold a valid Cayman Islands driver’s licence.

Cargo Handler

Cargo Handlers work in our freight facility, processing inbound and outbound shipments including general cargo, courier items, perishables, dangerous goods, and live animals. Attention to detail and physical fitness are essential. IATA DGR awareness training provided.

Passenger Services Agent

Passenger Services Agents represent CDS and our airline clients at the check-in desk, departure gate, and arrivals hall. Excellent customer service skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. Previous customer-facing experience preferred.

Operations Supervisor

Experienced aviation professionals are periodically sought for supervisory roles overseeing shift operations, equipment, team safety, and airline service level compliance. Previous ramp or airport operations experience required.
